I help international consumer brands turn subject-matter expertise into clear, well-researched written materials. Independent practice, small roster, long-term relationships.
Reviewing sources, gathering data, and structuring findings into briefs and reports that internal teams can use as a starting point for product or content decisions.
Preparing long-form and short-form text — explainers, summaries, internal documents, expert-informed articles. Working closely with subject-matter specialists on accuracy and tone.
Handling external information requests, preparing supporting documents, and keeping a tidy paper trail on everything that goes out under a client's name.
Most engagements produce one or more of the formats below. Briefs are shaped around what each project needs.
Researched pieces, explainers, and contributed articles built from source material and specialist input. Typically 800–2,000 words.
Summaries, captions, statements, and structured short text for internal use or external distribution. Edited for clarity and tone.
Structured documents that pull together sources, data, and findings on a given topic. Used by internal teams as a starting point.
I started taking on independent projects in 2025, after years of working with language, texts, and structured information. The work has narrowed since then to a specific kind of brief: brands that need careful written materials, prepared with subject-matter input, delivered on time.
Most of what I do is invisible from the outside — reading sources, structuring arguments, talking to specialists, redrafting until the language is right. The output is documents and content pieces that internal teams can use, share, or build on.
I work directly with founders, product leads, and content owners. Small roster by choice. Long projects preferred over one-offs.
Brief inquiries welcome. I usually respond within two business days. A short note on the project, timing, and what you're hoping to achieve is a good place to start.
